One thing I love about photography is that I can absolutely venture into places I otherwise would not. For example, I get to enter the world of BDSM and shoot a lot of Dominatrix in their character. It’s an absolutely amazing experience and transformation, especially when you are not a part of any dynamic and only there for photography. This way you can explore things with less limitations that would have been imposed otherwise.
The overall paradigm changes. Now, it’s not about nudity or revealing something to someone, like it is in boudoir photography. It’s about power exchange and everything that goes into it.
